With a distinguished career spanning 39 years, Dr. Grossman is a double boarded gastroenterologist and Fellow of the American Gastroenterological Association as well as Fellow of the American College of Gastroenterology and American College of Physicians.He is a highly respected gastroenterologist possessing a wealth of clinical expertise and a proven track record as a leader in the field. His extensive experience encompasses the full spectrum of gastrointestinal disorders, from routine diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to complex case management. Within the last three years he participated equally in numerous cases for the Plaintiff and Defense for multiple law firms and insurance companies nationally.

Beyond his clinical practice as a senior consultant for Cleveland Clinic Florida Dr. Grossman has established himself as a preeminent authority in medical and peer review and expert testimony. A: graphic design and exhibit fees125/hr; travel by car .85/mile ; Travel by air or train actual cost of rt ticket and 10% handling fee; expenses associated with photography, reproduction of documents, preparation of exhibits, storage of materials and evidence and other reasonable expenditures shall be reimbursed at market rates. Lodging: For any travel more than 75 miles from consultant's office the consultant shall be reimbursed for the costs of meals and lodging plus a 10% handling fee. Car rental for travel beyond local area for a midsized car and associated expenses plus 10% handling fee. Will purchase refundable tickets for travel unless instructed by the client-attorney. If the client desires to purchase non refundable tickets for a lower cost or if refundable tickets are n/a the client-attorney shall reimburse the consultant for the cost of non refundable ticket at the rate herein whether or not the ticket was used. Handling costs can be avoided by arranging to directly purchasing round trip travel tickets for the expert and by arranging for the direct payment of any car rental expense, lodging and meal expenses by the client-attorney. 5000.00 engagement fee upon agreement shall be pain to consultant and used towards review and other expenses if not fulfilled. A formal consultant agreement can be submitted upon request.
