Introduction

I am a licensed clinical psychologist and Qualified Medical Evaluator (QME) with specialized expertise in forensic neuropsychology, psychological assessment, and psychodiagnostic testing. My practice focuses on the comprehensive evaluation of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral conditions, including neurocognitive disorders, ADHD, and psychological trauma across both adult and pediatric populations.

Over the course of my career, I have conducted more than 1,000 comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations. This extensive experience has provided me with a strong foundation in evidence-based assessment, diagnostic formulation, and the interpretation of complex clinical presentations involving cognitive impairment, emotional dysregulation, and functional limitations.

Prior to my full-time evaluation practice, I served as the Training Director for Kaiser Permanente’s Psychodiagnostic Assessment Program. In this role, I oversaw and trained clinicians in standardized assessment protocols, diagnostic methodologies, and best practices in psychological testing. This leadership experience strengthened my expertise in psychometric evaluation and reinforced a commitment to accuracy, consistency, and clinical rigor in diagnostic decision-making.

In the medicolegal setting, I perform Qualified Medical Evaluations (QME), Independent Medical Examinations (IME), and disability assessments. I am frequently retained in matters involving psychological injury, neurocognitive impairment, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, and disability determination. My evaluations are thorough, data-driven, and grounded in standardized testing and clinical evidence, producing clear and defensible reports that assist attorneys, insurers, and administrative bodies in resolving complex psychological and neuropsychological questions.
