Introduction

Adam R. Lucas, CIH, CSP, CIEC, CAC, CDPH Lead Inspector/Assessor, is a Principal Industrial Hygienist and the founder of Lucas EHS Forensic Consulting, LLC. He currently serves as Senior Industrial Hygienist for Southern California Gas Company, with prior enterprise experience at the University of California, Riverside, Loma Linda University Health, and NASA. He is an active Cal/OSHA- and CDPH-approved instructor. His forensic focus includes mold and water-intrusion exposure assessment, industrial hygiene standard-of-care review, indoor air quality, and asbestos and lead compliance, applying recognized industrial hygiene exposure-assessment and building-science methodology to civil litigation matters throughout California.
