Introduction

Mr. William Janowsky, P.E. obtained his Masters degree in Civil Engineering from Tulane University after his Bachelors degree from the University of New Orleans and is a registered professional engineer in 33 states.

Throughout his career, Mr. Janowsky has performed and supervised the design and construction of numerous engineering projects consisting of new construction, modifications to existing features, and damage repairs from the initial client contact through the completion of construction. His forensic engineering experience includes in-depth condition surveys and damage inspections of marine and offshore structures, buildings, and facility components. He has provided engineering consulting services and forensic investigation in support of legal cases and has conducted project feasibility and cost studies for projects in the United States, United Kingdom, South America, and the Caribbean.

Mr. Janowsky has extensive experience in the investigation and evaluation of damage associated with allisions involving vessels and marine facilities including docks, wharves, bridges, and associated structures. He conducts inspections to determine cause and extent of damages, feasibility and appropriateness of repairs, repair options, and cost estimates and depreciation. Mr. Janowsky can assist with:
