Introduction

I provide expert witness services in litigation support involving the Fair Labor Standards Act.

As a former Wage and Hour Investigator and Compliance Specialist for the U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) Wage and Hour Division (WHD), I have twenty-four years of experience in successfully administering and enforcing provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Additionally, I have twenty years of professional compensation related experience that routinely involved my analysis and successful resolution of FLSA regulatory compliance issues. I am uniquely qualified based upon my professional experience in the public and private sectors to serve as an FLSA expert.

I conducted hundreds of compliance actions and numerous investigations that were successfully litigated while employed by the U.S. Department of Labor.

I am certified as a “Senior Professional in Human Resources” (SPHR) specializing in compensation, the highest professional certification currently awarded by the “Human Resource Certification Institute” and the “Society of Human Resources Management.”
