Thomas Tyler, M.D., Ph.D., Q.M.E., is a board certified ophthalmologist, with extensive experience in the development of medical devices. Dr. Tyler is a graduate of University of Texas Medical School. Dr. Tyler is part of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Association of Cataract & Refractive Surgery. He hopes to bring expedient case resolution to any case presented to him as a qualified medical evaluator.
