Steven Burres, MD, is a board certified Ear, Nose and Throat and facial plastic surgeon based in Los Angeles. He has over 30 years experience and has been on staff at Stanford, UCLA, USC and Cedars-Sinai over these years. He is an active QME/IME with locations throughout the Southern California area. He has published over 30 scientific papers and won two major research awards. He has been a frequent national and international speaker. He went to medical school at the University of Chicago-Pritzker School of Medicine and did post-graduate training at Stanford and the University of Zurich in Switzerland. On a personal level, Dr, Burres is a black belt in shotokan karate, runs the LA marathon annually, paints fine art and raises his three sons as a single dad. Dr.Burres has extensive experience in medical legal case review and expert witness testimony.
