Dr. Steve Casner is a former career NASA human factors psychologist. Steve draws on a wide body of scientific research to help characterize the understandings, perceptions, and abilities of a reasonably prudent person. Steve is able to help identify the contributions of persons, places, circumstances, and things in a variety of accident situations. Steve is an experienced driver, motorcyclist, bicyclist, and airplane and helicopter pilot and flight instructor and has a special interest in human performance during fast-paced, stressful, and unexpected situations. Steve’s first book entitled Careful was published by Penguin Random House in 2017 and reviewed in the Wall Street Journal, The New Yorker, and many others.
