Introduction

Dr. Rose's area of expertise is Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery. I have had 30 years experience in case review and deposition and trial testimony for both sides of the bar. The chief service that I provide is keeping attorneys from pursuing "lost causes". Other areas of expertise include airway problems, hearing loss, and airway fires due to lasers or electrical equipment. Most recently ,I was the expert in a nerve injury case that went to verdict-- 5 MILLION. Please refer to references.

I testified for a plaintiff,severely injured by intranasal surgery. Settled during summation for $2MILLION. I was instrumental in obtaining 3 other larger settlements in 2004.In 2008, I was the sole ENT expert against 2 University chairmen in a laryngeal iinjury and death. Settled prior to trial for $ 1.5 million.
