As Senior Case Manager at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), Attorney Rami Zahr successfully managed hundreds of cases involving children abducted to Hague and non-Hague countries. In addition, he developed abduction prevention strategies and a protocol for handling abductions-in-progress. Rami has conducted presentations on IPCA matters to law enforcement, litigators, and international groups from countries across the world including Thailand, Egypt, Armenia, Australia, Morocco, Tunisia, Japan, China, Ukraine, Malaysia, and Pakistan. In addition, he has lectured at the Foreign Service Institute (FSI) of the U.S.Department of State.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) recognized Rami for his contribution to their Prevention and Education Efforts. He has also been recognized by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security, for his contributions to educating foreign law enforcement.
