Peter Loehr, Ph.D., has been an expert witness since 1987 in Federal and state courts, for both plaintiffs and defendants. Areas of expertise include personnel; discrimination in hiring and in employee discipline; sexual harassment & hostile work environment; tenure and employment decision-making (K-12 and higher education); safety; policy reconstruction; and negligent hiring, supervision, and retention (as in the case of employee-youth molestation; i.e., teacher-student sex abuse).
He is a tenured professor of Educational Administration & Supervision at the State University of New York - College at Buffalo. Prior experiences include: Superintendent of two school districts, director of personnel & labor relations, director of curriculum, elementary principal, high school assistant principal, and teacher.
