Introduction

Nella Ciciulla is the owner of Bella Mental Health Services, LLC. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Forensic Mental Health Evaluator, and Certified Child Custody Evaluator. She has extensive experience in the court room as a Forensic Mental Health Expert in the 18th Judicial Circuit. In addition, she is Court Certified Juvenile Competency Evaluator in Brevard County and has advanced knowledge and expertise in mental health assessments.

With over 10 years experience in the mental health field and child welfare, Nella has developed advanced knowledge in forensic psychology through her education, employment, and continued training with the National Board of Forensic Evaluators. Furthermore, being an expert witness for felony mental health court and juvenile mental health court in Brevard County over the last 4 years has allowed her to expand her knowledge in the court room.

Expert Testimony (Outside of County) $ 3,500.00 per day plus all expenses accrued during travel Deposition: $ 400.00 per hour (3-hour minimum to be paid no later than Two- Weeks prior to deposition). This covers local portal-to-portal travel and preparation for deposition.*
