Nancy Martin, ASA provides unbiased personal property valuation and consultation services. She is an expert consultant and qualified expert witness in the identification and valuation of personal property, appraisal methodology, USPAP compliance, typical practice and standard of care for appraisers.

Ms. Martin has testified 19 times as an expert witness and participated in more than 35 mediations. From 2002-2012 she was a faculty member, program adviser and course developer for the UC Irvine Appraisal Studies Program.
