Introduction

Dr. Hershcovitch is a double board certified Otolaryngologist and Facial Plastic Surgeon with a busy private practice with over 10 years experience. He has extensive experience in both Academic and Private Practices. His training and expertise is in all aspects of Head and Neck Surgery, Sinus Surgery, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as Ear (Otologic) Surgery.

Dr. Hershcovitch has represented both plaintiffs and defendants. He has served numerous times as an expert witness for trials and depositions. Additionally he have served as a guide to many of my attorney colleagues on selecting an appropriate expert witness.

(unless IME pre-payment has been made*)
*only one pre-payment/retainer of $5,000 is due if both record review and
IME are requested

Deposition - $1,000/hour or any part thereof (scheduled/pre-paid)
$1,800/hour or any part thereof for additional time over scheduled/pre-paid
Retainer must be received 1 week prior to the scheduled deposition date. The retainer includes:
• scheduled deposition time (rate per hour – to be paid by deposing attorney)
• initial one hour of record review prior to deposition
• one hour review of deposition transcript
No-Show/Less than 72 hours notice – 100% of fee retained
72-hour Written Cancellation – 75% of fee retained
1 week – 72-hour Written Cancellation – 50% of fee retained

Attorney Conference - $1,000/hour or any part thereof
A $5,000 retainer is due in advance for ongoing work

Court Appearance/Binding Arbitration Hearing - $6,000 half-day booking
$11,000 full-day booking
