Linda Lipsky has been helping food and beverage clients achieve their highest level of profits, product and service quality since she founded her operations consulting firm in 1988. Combining her degree in Organizational Management from Wharton with 30+ years of hands-on experience, Linda concentrates her efforts implementing cost-cutting measures, presenting management development seminars, creating training programs and organizational manuals, and providing expert witness testimony within the hospitality industry.
