Toxicology Laboratories, Inc. (“TLI”) is an Omaha, Nebraska based forensic toxicology consulting services practice, providing toxicology consulting services in forensic, clinical, and general toxicology. The firm also provides laboratory and educational services to clients.

TLI employs a full time toxicologist, Dr. John Vasiliades, PhD, who possesses over thirty five (35) years of practical toxicology and clinical chemistry experience.

Dr. Vasiliades has testified or provided litigation support in many criminal and civil cases nationally and internationally.

TLI provides independent assessments involving (a) drug and alcohol effects on the human body, (b) drug interaction effects on the human body, (c) drug and alcohol overdosing, (d) drug therapy and drug and alcohol poisoning, and (e) the roles of drugs and alcohol in civil and criminal legal matters.

TLI provides a spectrum of expert services for forensic toxicology/ medical/ legal cases, including (a) expert consulting, depositions, and court testimony, (b) drug and alcohol testing and retesting, and (c) litigation support for workers’ compensation, DUI / DWI, child custody, and drug testing defense cases.

TLI also offers a variety of laboratory services and an intensive one-day training course in forensic toxicology for attorneys.
