A: My real estate license had a stayed suspension due to a H-10512 SF (No money lost or alleged to be lost--clerical violation only) incident in 2008 (9 years ago). Records could not immediately be found, a clerical book-keeping error was made, and a clerical late payment of audit costs caused the stayed suspension to be briefly active. This has never been an issue.
