A: Mr. Lilyhorn is a fully bonded and qualified state licensed security consultant, private investigator and security company manager (#C17560). He is certified by the American College of Forensic Examiners Institute as a Legal Forensics Consultant (CFC) and Certified Criminal Investigator (CCI) and is Reid Institute Qualified in Advanced Interviewing Techniques (CFI). American Board for Certification in Homeland Security, Sensitive Security Information Specialist (SSI) for the protection of documents and Homeland Security Consultant (CHS-III) in terrorism and WMD Issues, Certified as an Anti-Terrorism Specialist (CAS) by the ATAB-Anti-Terrorism Accreditation Board. He also holds "Accreditation" from ASIS International (American Society for Industrial Security), which is recognized by federal law (SAFETY Act) to protect the protector and his clients in law suits regarding work done for protection against terrorism. He is an Adjunct Professor Dallas Community Colleges and University of Texas – Dallas. He is Listed in Marquis Who’s Who Directory which is a listing for colleges, universities, and public library directories world-wide in recognizing successful individuals in varying areas of professional expertise. He is also licensed by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education as a Police Instructor and with the Texas Department of Public Safety as a Continuing Education Instructor. Also he is a fully Certified Instructor with the American College of Forensic Examiners and a licensed Handgun Instructor for Texas Concealed Handgun Licensing.
