Introduction

I have been practicing since 1987 in Arizona and continue to see patients. I teach between 25 and 30 continuing education seminars and conventions per year on the subject of documentation. I have been utilized as an expert witness on personal injury and workers compensation cases, malpractice cases and board complaints. I have assisted chiropractors with Medicare audit appeals and perform impairment evaluations for Ohio workers compensation claims in Arizona.
