Ms. Goldaper has more than 45 years experience in the Fashion/Garment/Textile Industry. She has practical knowledge as a retailer, manufacturer, and key executive for major clothing companies. She has owned her own clothing manufacturing company, and has held officer positions in major public and private apparel companies. Ms. Goldaper has been a management consultant to over 200 apparel companies, and completed assignments for USAID in Romania, Egypt, El Salvador, Moscow, Thailand & Bulgaria as an apparel expert.

Ms. Goldaper is currently in her 35th year as faculty member and college instructor at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. As an expert witness, she has consulted in more than 150 apparel industry legal disputes, including those involving copyright, trademark and trade dress infringement issues. She has been deposed more than 40 times and testified in bench and jury trials as well as arbitrations, for both defendants and plaintiffs.
