Licensed Occupational Therapist, Certified Vocational Evaluator & Certified Professional Ergonomist. Ms. Rader Smith provides Functional Capacity, Hand//Upper Extremity Function, and Vocational Evaluations to assess injured persons’ current functional capacities and limitations, and how this impacts their abilities to work, whether in their pre-injury or an alternate job, or as related to the performance of daily activities. For non wage earners, Ms. Rader Smith also conducts ADL/Activity of Daily Living and Quality of Life Assessments to assess how the injury affects all aspects of an injured person's daily performance as it pertains to personal care, homemaking, social and recreational, and childcare/family responsibilities. ERS also performs ergonomic worksite evaluations to assess for injury risk factors, assess work injury causality, and implement interventions to facilitate current work performance or return to work for injured persons; and Standard of Care review for Occupational Therapy.
