Don is a trained and experienced premises security and police practices professional with approximately 45 years of experience. His broad expertise comes from his experience in all areas of security and police practices: as a security guard and supervisor, as a law enforcement officer and supervisor, and as a private investigator.

Don analyzes issues involving the actions of security personnel and security guard companies, law enforcement officers and departments, and premises managers and owners. He has additional expertise in the areas of insurance fraud investigations and insurance liability investigations.

Don is experienced in assessing the adequacy of security, crime foreseeability, and the actions of personnel in varying premises; including residential buildings, commercial businesses, parking facilities, and alcohol-service establishments. His expertise includes active and passive security measures, including Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED), and event safety and security. Don is a Certified Protection Professional and a certified security guard instructor. He is a member of ASIS International and The Association of Former New Jersey State Troopers, Inc.
