Introduction

Mrs. Saenz-Davila has fifteen years of experience providing bilingual behavioral health services to young children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in Central TX, CT, and PA. Ms. Saenz-Davila has had a private practice specializing in treating emotional, developmental, cognitive, behavioral and psychiatric disorders in children ages three and above, adolescents, and families.

She is a Board Certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor (LCSW Supervisor), Forensic Social Worker, a Trauma Informed Care (TIC) Specialty Provider, and a Yale University School of Medicine Postgraduate Fellow. She is currently a Board Member of the State of Texas Social Work Board.

Her years of experience can play a critical role in her ability to testify as an expert witness and/or provide support as as consultant. She has had Forensic Social Work experience involving trauma work with victims of domestic abuse, sex trafficking, torture, victims of a crime, and/or exploitation, as well as problems associated with divorce for children, adults, and families.

She has experience completing evaluations for asylum seekers, children/youth, immigration competency evaluations, LBTQI individuals, survivors of family violence, survivors of sexual violence/incest/rape, survivors of trauma. Evaluation requests completed include Pardons (extreme hardship to U.S. citizen or resident petitioner), U-Visa (Victims of crime in the US), and VAWA (Victims of abuse by U.S. Citizen Spouse or child).

Q: What is your hourly rate to consult with an attorney?
A: Initial consultation and review of any materials related to trial, and/or any other pending legal matter, along with any research in support of the retaining party, including trial preparation(email, video conferencing, and telephone), will be billed at $400.00 per hour.
Q: What is your hourly rate to review documents?
A: Initial consultation and review of any materials related to trial, and/or any other pending legal matter, along with any research in support of the retaining party, including trial preparation(email, video conferencing, and telephone), will be billed at $400.00 per hour.
Q: What is your hourly rate to provide deposition testimony?
A: Any deposition, written affidavits, and/or any other sworn statement or testimony taken outside of court will be billed at $450.00 per hour.
Q: What is your hourly rate to provide testimony at trial?
A: Any court appearances will be billed at the greater of $4,500.00 per day or $562.50 per hour.

A: Any required local travel time exceeding 15 minutes will be billed every half hour at a rate of $75.00 with a half hour minimum. For travel outside of the area, the attorney, law firm or public agency is responsible for arranging/purchasing any necessary airline flights in business class, hotel accommodations, per diem rate, and/or rental car upon negotiation of the dates to be engaged, with this office. Transportation must be arranged at least two weeks prior to intended departure unless specifically arranged in advance. Fees will include expert witness retainer fees, travel, and per diem expenses associated with the court appearance.
