David D. O’Grady, Ph.D., ABPP is a board-certified neuropsychologist and experienced expert witness who performs IMEs to offer opinions on neuropsychological injury. An assistant professor at UC Berkeley, Dr. O’Grady has an active clinical practice and performs IMEs of adults and children to evaluate brain injury, concussion and psychological trauma. Services include medical record review and preparation of counsel for deposition of experts. In every evaluation, Dr. O’Grady administers performance validity tests to assess for malingering.
Dr. O’Grady has served as a retained expert on more than 200 litigated cases involving brain injury and psychological trauma (PTSD).
