Introduction

Dr. David Leggett is the owner of Leggett Technical Consulting. For 25 years, he has combined an extensive knowledge of chemistry with a diverse chemical process safety background and experience to provide hazards and risk reduction consulting services to the chemical, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical industries world-wide and to academia. Previously, he worked with BakerRisk as Senior Principal Scientist. Prior to that he led the Chemical Hazards Analysis group for Dow Chemical, Texas Operations. He has also directed chemically-focused academic graduate research programs. He holds a PhD in analytical chemistry, and is a member for ACS, AIChE, and The Royal Society of Chemistry.
