Introduction

Dr. Leach is Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine, FAAP, and Associate Professor of Pediatrics/Neonatology in full time practice at a Children's Hospital and Perinatal Regional Center. She is Director of Quality Assurance for a large NICU where she cares for sick infants, teaches and conducts research. She is published in leading peer-reviewed journals and has been an invited speaker internationally. She has been selected as one of The Best Doctors in America since 1996. Dr. Leach provides expert witness review and testimony in matters of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine including but not limited to neonatal resuscitation and death, jaundice, encephalopathy, lung disease, perinatal stroke, umbilical and PICC line injuries, birth injuries, intracranial hemorrhage, sepsis and necrotizing enterocolitis for both defense and plaintiff.
