Mr. Palm is a Mining Engineer with over 30 years in mine operations, safety, and management. He has served as an Expert Witness for over 20 years on more than 100 cases. Art is a Registered Professional Engineer, Certified Mine Safety Professional and an approved MSHA Instructor, experienced in all facets of mine operations, and a former mine rescue team member.
