I am a HANDS-ON CONSTRUCTION TESTIFYING EXPERT WITNESS; Califoria licensed as: General Building Contractor, Plumbing Speciality Contractor and Electrical Speciality Contractor. My testimony experiece includes: over 40 jury and court trials, over 400 depositions, arbritations and mediations. My case work involves over 20,000 hours in: construction defects, hot water scalding, wrongful death, contractor faults and failures, stalled projects, non-performance, faulty workmanship, no-permits, no-inspections, fraud, premises liability, falling objects, accidents, personal injury, ladders, scaffoldings , etc. My case work include: homes, apartments, condos, commercial and industrial real estate. I own my own trade tools, and have performed 15 professional construction trades. I started in construction in 1957; have been consulting since 1982; have been a full time Testifying Expert Witness since 1992.
