Forensic Assessment Consultation & Treatment Services is the private practice of Alex Yufik, J.D., Psy.D. who is a licensed forensic psychologist and a licensed attorney. Dr. Yufik conducts competency to stand trial, criminal responsibility, malingering, immigration hardship evaluations, asylum evaluations and sex offender evaluations in addition to many other related services. His civil experience includes fitness for duty, disability, and evaluations for PTSD. Dr. Yufik is a knowledgeable and experienced expert witness whose specialized knowledge of law and psychology can provide invaluable assistance to your case.
Dr. Yufik has extensive training and experience in forensic psychology, including the use of specialized testing instruments to evaluate a wide range of psycho legal issues. Dr. Yufik uses his knowledge of forensic psychology and his legal training to educate the judge and jury about complex matters of law that is both convincing and credible.

Q: What is your hourly rate to consult with an attorney?
A: My fees are calculated on the basis of time involved, complexity of the case and the type of services rendered. The fees generally include interview time, review of documents, test administration, test evaluation, test expenses, integration and synthesis of data, consultation time with you and report preparation. The fees vary between $250 to $350 per hour.
