Practiced law in the area of property insurance law since 1971. Handled claims, coverage advice and bad faith litigation for insurance carriers. Made appellate case law for carriers and helped write and re-write insurance policies for several insurance companies. Began expert work in the late 1980 and 1990's. Testified at deposition and qualified in court numerous times. Have testified for insureds, brokers and carriers.
