Although I've testified as an expert more than 35 times and regularly perform mortgage expert witness assignments, I'm primarily active in loan servicing, mortgage lending, loan brokerage, and trust deed investments. The majority of my earned income (approximately 70%) is from these activites, with 30% or less of my income coming from expert witness activities.
