Mr. Hampton has performed numerous Rule 26 patent, copyright and trademark lost profit and reasonable royalty calculations, IP valuations for commercial purposes, and has assisted clients in license negotiations. Mr. Hampton also has broad experience quantifying economic damages associated with commercial litigation, including royalty disputes, breach of contract, construction, and business interruption claims.
He is a licensed certified public accountant in California, Washington, and Utah. Mr. Hampton also has an accreditation in business valuation (ABV) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
