Dr. Looney provides assessments and general psychiatric and substance abuse care for adults.
CHILD AND ADOLESCENT PSYCHIATRY:
Dr. Looney provides assessment and psychiatric care for children, adolescents and their families. He consults to parents about parent effectiveness and family management techniques. He provides family therapy for families containing children and adolescents.
ADDICTION PSYCHIATRY:
Dr. Looney provides substance abuse assessment and treatment for adolescents and young adults. He consults to parents about substance abuse prevention techniques.
FORENSIC PSYCHIATRY:
Dr. Looney provides limited consultation to legal
professionals.
ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTATION:
1. Consultation to schools regarding matters of mental health and behavior management of students.
2. Consultation to colleges and universities regarding matters of mental health and alcohol and drug use by undergraduates.
3. Institutional consultation regarding the development of behavioral health systems.
