Introduction

Pension Plan consulting actuary with 40+ years of experience. Had third party administration (TPA) and actuarial firm serving 650 pension, profit sharing and 401k plans. Sold firm in 2016. Now doing consulting and expert witness work for qualified and non-qualified retirement plans under ERISA law. Have FSA and EA actuarial designations. FSA is the highest educational designation for actuaries. EA is enrolled actuary, which allows certification of pension plan valuations. Also have other actuarial designations. Have presented numerous seminars to CPA, Financial Planning and CPA groups on current pension plan developments and creative plan design. I also help:
.Family law attorneys with marital dissolution calculations and QDRO reviews;
.Personal injury attorneys with life expectancy and actuarial present value calculations of projected lost income on injury, wrongful death, wrongful termination and disability;
.Estate planning attorneys with actuarial present value calculation of life estates and remainder trusts;
.Litigation, Arbitration and Mediation attorneys with disputes on pension plans, actuarial assumptions, funding issues, government compliance, plan audits, insurance and annuity contracts, and plan investment issues.
.Class Action and Social Justice attorneys on employee rights in their retirement plans

In the past 4 years I have completed about 50 expert witness cases, including personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, economic damages, marital dissolution, life estates, trusts, ERISA, public pension plans, deferred compensation agreements, insurance, annuities, disability and general litigation on economic values.

With respect to large loss of income and economic damage cases, I have developed a great methodology for calculating the Present Value of Lost Earnings, Lost Retirement Plan Assets and Lost Social Security Benefits based on the Actuarial Life Expectancy Tables for any situation where future earnings are cut off or significantly reduced, such as Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Medical Malpractice, etc. These calculations apply in almost all these type cases.

My calculations can produce Millions of Additional Dollars for Clients.. My expert witness reports with an actuarial credential give significant extra credibility to support client's damages .
