Dr. Herschman is a practicing Anesthesiologist, Board Certified in Anesthesiology, Pain Management, and Critical Care. He has been a consultant in Toxicology for 18 years.
Dr. Herschman is also a PhD student at the CUNY Graduate Center in Criminal Justice/Forensic Science, which includes Forensic Computer Science, Trace Evidence, Toxicology, Accident Recocstruction, Scientific Fire Investigation, Firearms and other related issues. He is well published and experienced with expert testimony and accident reconstruction.
