Dr. Herschman is a practicing Anesthesiologist, Board Certified in Anesthesiology, Pain Management, and Critical Care. He has been a consultant in Toxicology for 20+ years.
Dr. Herschman is also a PhD student at the CUNY Graduate Center in Criminal Justice/Forensic Science, which includes Forensic Computer Science, Trace Evidence, Toxicology, Accident Reconstruction, Scientific Fire Investigation, Firearms and other related issues. He is well published and experienced with expert testimony and accident reconstruction.
