Dr. Anthony is the Carl DeSantis Professor of Management (Emeritus) and established the Center for Executive Management Education. He testifies and consults on a number of topics in human resource management. He also conducts seminars and workshops throughout the United States on a variety of management and human resource management topics for managers in business, government and not-for-profit organizations. Among his clients are Rayonier, Motorola, State Farm Insurance, U.S. Department of Energy, Berg Pipe Corporation, various State of Florida agencies, and numerous not-for-profit organizations. He speaks on Strategic Planning and Management, Strategic Decision Making, Managing Diversity, Policy Formulation and Implemenatation and other management topics.
