As President of Merrimack Business Appraisers he is a principal in both the appraisal activities of the company and business brokerage opportunities of New England Venture Resource Group. He is active in the New England Business Brokers Association, a past President and education chair. In addition to the Certified Business Intermediary, he is accredited by the Institute of Business Appraisers as a Certified Business Appraiser, and by the American Society of Appraisers as a Accredited Senior Appraiser in Business Valuation. He instructs in business valuation theory and practice. He is the Lead subject Matter Expert for the IBBA business valuation curriculum.
