Tim Pine is the founder and principal of TAP International, LLC, a firm specializing in comprehensive assessments of product creation process effectiveness, action plans for prevention processes to achieve product excellence, management training, and toy and children's product expert witness services.

Mr. Pine has over 30 years of experience in product safety and quality management in the toy and apparel industries, which includes Senior Vice President of Product Safety and Quality Assurance with Hasbro, Inc., Global Director of Apparel Product Integrity with Nike, Inc., and Vice President of Product Integrity with Fisher-Price, Inc.

Mr. Pine was a member of the National Bureau of Standards committee that established the first comprehensive toy safety standard for the toy industry. He is the author of the book, Enabling Excellence - The 7 Elements Essential to Achieving Competitive Advantage, Quality Press, Milwaukee, 2007.

Registered Professional Engineer in the state of California. Certified Quality Engineer and also a Certified Reliability Engineer by the American Society for Quality. Certified Product Safety Manager by the International Product Safety Management Board.
