A: The calculation of economic damages in personal injury, wrongful death, wrongful termination, loss profits in commercial litigation, lost revenues in trademark litigation, and the measure of cost of life care plans in present value dollars.

Q: In what percentage of your cases were you retained by the plaintiff?
A: Approximately 2/3 of my cases are with plaintiff attorneys.

Q: In what percentage of your cases were you retained by the defendant?
A: Approximately 1/3 of my cases are with defense attorneys.

A: Approximately forty times.

A: September 8, 2009.

A: We offer Economic Consulting, including critiques of opposing expert reports or testimony; Expert reports; and Expert testimony.

A: $300 per hour. All documents are reviewed by Principals.

A: $300 per hour, with a four hour minimum.

A: $300 per hour, with a four hour minimum.

A: I charge a flat fee, portal to portal, of $300 for travel time outside our offices in Dallas, Fort Worth and Houston. Travel expenses, substantial copying, and other out-of-pocket expenses are billed as incurred.
