Mechanical Systems Engineer
Thomas investigates construction claims and property damage involving building systems. His expertise includes the design, commissioning, analysis, and operation of building mechanical systems, ventilation, indoor air quality, and controls. In issues of construction claims, he analyzes documents, costs, scheduling, and delays. Thomas has specialized experience in energy modeling and analysis as well as green buildings and LEED requirements.
Thomas’ building systems experience spans more than 10 years and includes not only hands-on work in all aspects of building systems and construction, but also research and teaching experience in various fields of math and science. He has a Ph.D. in Mathematics and dual Master’s in Mathematics and Physics. He is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers and a USGBC LEED Accredited Professional.
