Dr. Thomas Milby has extensive experience in establishing or disputing causation based
on evaluation of discovery evidence and application of recognized scientific evidence. His Special Interests and Experience include Medical Toxicology, Occupational & Environmental Medicine.

He also specializes in determining harmful health effects associated with exposure to pesticides, poisonous gases (including hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, ammonia, etc), PCBs, dioxins, solvents and other dangerous chemicals.

Dr. Milby has special interest in evaluating health problems relating to short term or long term exposure to respiratory irritants, such as RADS and Irritant Induced Asthma.

Qualifications:
Licensed physican, Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, Diplomate American Board of Forensic Medicine, past university Medical Professor, past Senior Scientist Stanford Research Institute, 25 years experience in forensic toxicology serving as a consultant and expert witness. Author of 50 publications in peer-reviewed medical journals of toxicology, epidemiology, and occupational medicine.
