Tom Kabler is a Managing Director in the Chicago office of Duff & Phelps, LLC and is part of the Dispute & Legal Management Consulting practice. He has extensive experience in litigation consulting matters involving complex financial and accounting issues. Tom has served as an arbitrator and has been appointed by Judges as an independent expert. The issues on which he has testified ranged from fraud, business valuations, damage calculations, breach of contracts, professional malpractice and due diligence. Tom has been qualified as an expert witness on such issues in Illinois and other states.
