Tamara Kalir, Ph.D., M.D., is a board certified pathologist who has been employed at The Mount Sinai Medical Center, N.Y.C. for the past eighteen years, where she has worked as a staff pathologist in the subspecialty of gynecologic pathology. She is currently Director of the Division of Gynecologic Pathology, Director of the second-year medical students' Sexual and Reproductive Health & Disease course, and is involved in research. She has experience in medico-legal consultation over the years, including in-court appearances.
