Dr. Tal Lavian provides expert witness consulting, litigation support and forensic services specializing in data-communications, networking, telecommunications and Internet technologies. He consults in intellectual property, patent infringements, obviousness and validation.
Dr. Lavian is a scientist and educator with over 20 years of experience,including positions as Principal Investigator for DARPA and visiting scientist at UC Berkeley’s RAD Lab. He is a prolific innovator, co-inventing over 40 patents issued and pending, and a co-author of over 25 peer-reviewed scientific publications.
