Mr. Parks' activities include the direction of engineering and consulting work for the firm. These activities center on expert testimony, litigation support, insurance claim preparation, review and assistance in the insurance adjustment process and project engineering/ project management.
Mr. Parks has testified in various courts and has rendered testimony on energy, environmental, refining, pipelining, petrochemical, and related corporate matters. He has prepared feasibility studies for a wide variety of facilities. Other areas of experience include drilling operations for oil and gas, olefin plant designs, operation/maintenance, pipeline operations and design, feedstock evaluations for refineries, natural gas plant operations and cogeneration plant studies as well as other downstream marketing and transportation facility reviews.
