Pamela Sapetto has been a leader in government and community relations for nearly 30 years. Ms. Sapetto founded Sapetto Group, Inc. in 1990 to assist the real estate industry with public policy, entitlement, community relations and government relations.
Ms. Sapetto is currently managing and has managed a variety of significant entitlement projects for Tustin Legacy Partners, The Hines Company, Maguire Properties, Lambert Ranch, Trammell Crow Residential, Kilroy Realty Corporation, KB Home, Standard Pacific, Lennar and LNR, Boeing, Avalon Bay, Sares-Regis, Legacy Partners, BRE, Lincoln Property, The Koll Company, and The Irvine Company and its subsidiaries.
