Dr. R. Szymani is fully qualified to provide litigation support services, including patent infringement cases, accident investigation, and expert testimony in matters involving wood machining equipment and cutting tools; e.g., brush chippers and grinders; chain saws, band saws and circular saws used in the primary and secondary wood industry; planing and molding machines; portable power saws and cutting tools such as saws and knives. By conducting detailed investigation, followed up with credible informed expert testimony, he is often able to direct liability to its proper source, saving the clients considerable time and expense. His 29-plus years of experience in accident investigation include litigation support in more than 100 cases. He was a member of the American National Standard Institute - ANSI 01.1 Standard Committee on Safety Requirements of Woodworking Machinery, 1983-1998. He has testified in courts of Arizona, California, Florida and New York.
