Ryan A. Carruth, CPA, CFE, is a partner at the international firm, RGL – Forensic Accountants & Consultants. He has more than nine years experience providing investigative accounting and litigation support services, and has testified in both Georgia and Alabama state courts. In addition to expert testimony, Mr. Carruth provides case review, document review, preparation of request for production, preparation of counsel for opposing expert or 30 (b) 6 witness deposition and trial testimony, economic/financial damage analysis, preparation of State and Federal expert report, deposition testimony, and trial testimony. He has been engaged on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.
