A: $175/hr. I do not charge for initial discussions to assess whether the case is appropriate and whether my vocational expertise would be beneficial to the claim.

A: Most work is billed on an hourly basis. Travel is billed at $140/hr., and will be prorated for multiple cases in same geographic areas. For travel to other states for testimony, I offer a flat fee for full days in court and/or travel at the rate of 6 hours or $1050, not including fees for testimony time.
