Dr. Parker is an expert Neuropsychology and Clinical Psychology. Since 1985, his practice has been confined to evaluation of individuals and counseling of patients and their families who have had traumatic brain
injury, emotional trauma, neurological disease of the brain, and individuals of all ages with learning disabilities. T.B.I examinations include: motor vehicle accidents; falls; assaults; neurotoxins (including lead); falling objects; anoxia, carbon monoxide; electrical shock; burns and scarring; medical conditions. Emotional trauma includes false arrest and/or incarceration, rape, etc. These patients are
referred by neurologists, psychiatrists, physiatrists, psychologists, U.S. Dept. of Justice, court-ordered competency exam, insurance companies, speech pathologists; attorneys and self-referral. I.M.E. and
disability examinations for insurance companies.

A: 1000. to prepare, $2000. for a half day, $3000. for a full day (assuming not carried over to the next day). Usually it takes a day for me to present testimony and be cross examined.

A: In New York the legal rate for copying is 75 cents/ page. Travel and hotel expenses are expected. There may be an increment for distant travel.
